AI Subscription Sprawl Auditor

Find out what you are really spending on AI tools, where it overlaps, and what you could safely cancel.

Get started
  • Finds real, specific money — idle seats, duplicate tools, and the wrong billing term — not a generic "AI is expensive" warning.
  • Never recommends a vendor. Every comparison uses only the cost and usage you enter for your own products.
  • Computed entirely in your browser. Nothing you type about your subscriptions or spend is ever sent to a server unless you choose to save it.

Frequently asked questions

No. You enter them yourself, one row per product. This tool has no integration with any billing system or admin console — it only knows what you type in.

No. Every calculation — idle seat cost, overlap detection, the renewal calendar, the consolidation plan — runs in JavaScript in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server unless you explicitly click "Save to library" (which requires a free account) or "Write my consolidation memo with AI" (which sends only the already-computed summary, not your raw row data, for a single AI run).

Two ways: two products you entered in the same category (e.g. two chat assistants), or a pairing our maintained capability matrix considers the same job (e.g. a general chat assistant and a standalone writing tool). Every flag is labelled "likely overlap" with the basis shown, plus any real cost of consolidating (migration effort or feature loss) — never a silent recommendation.

No. You supply the cost for every product because published list prices go stale and vary by contract and negotiated discount. The only figures this tool invents are clearly labelled estimates (e.g. a general rule-of-thumb annual-term discount), never a specific vendor's real price.

None for the maths — every number is computed deterministically in your browser from what you typed. There is one optional button that asks Claude to draft an internal consolidation memo from the numbers you already see; it uses a single Claude Haiku run and never changes a figure.

No. The auditor is free and unlimited with no account and no signup. An account is only needed to save an audit to your library so you can compare it year over year, and to use the optional AI memo action.
