These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the costiva.ai website and application (collectively, the “Service”), provided by costiva.ai (“costiva.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

1. The Service

costiva.ai is a web application that lets you monitor and attribute your Anthropic (Claude) API spend and usage by connecting a read-only Anthropic Admin API key. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights, including Anthropic’s applicable terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law; or
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or unlawful content.

4. Your data and third-party services

You retain ownership of the data you submit or connect (“Customer Data”), including data retrieved using your Anthropic Admin API key. You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the API keys you connect and for your use of Anthropic and other third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Fees

Access to paid features is subject to the fees and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by costiva.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights in the Service.

7. Disclaimers — use at your own risk

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data displayed will be complete, accurate, or current. costiva.ai is a reporting tool and does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice; any decisions you make based on the Service are solely your responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, costiva.ai — together with its owners, operators, contributors, and suppliers — will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive, including any loss of profits, revenue, data, savings, or goodwill, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service, the data it displays, your connected API keys or third-party services, or any decision or action taken in reliance on the Service, even if costiva.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, costiva.ai’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is zero. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in those cases, costiva.ai’s liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold costiva.ai harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
